By inviting and using MercuryBot in your Discord server, or following on other platforms you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please remove the bot from your server.

2. Usage Rules

  • You must comply with the platforms terms of Service and Community Guidelines when using MercuryBot.
  • MercuryBot is provided as is, without warranties or guarantees of uptime, performance, or functionality.
  • There is no guarantee for the accuracy of information

3. Data Storage & Removal

  • MercuryBot stores server-related settings (server ID, channel ID, role ID, population count, server name, notification preferences, and the date the bot was added).
  • No personal user data (such as usernames, user IDs, or messages) is stored.
  • If MercuryBot is removed from a server, all stored data related to that server is automatically deleted.

4. Changes to the Terms

These Terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of MercuryBot after an update means you accept the changes.

5. Limitation of Liability

MercuryBot is an open-source project provided "as is" without any warranties. The developers are not responsible for any damages, losses, or issues caused by using the bot.
