1. What Data We Collect

For X and bluesky no user or follower infomartion is collected.

For Discord MercuryBot only collects server-related data:

• Server ID (to identify the server)
• Channel ID (for sending notifications)
• Role ID (if a role is set to be pinged)
• Population count (how many users are in the server)
• Server name
• Notification settings (selected stores)
• Date added (when the bot joined the server)

We do NOT collect: Usernames, user IDs, messages, or personal user data.

2. Why We Collect This Data

We store this data only to provide and manage MercuryBot’s features, such as sending notifications to the correct channel and role.

3. Data Retention

Stored data remains as long as MercuryBot is in the server. If MercuryBot is removed, all related data is automatically deleted.

4. Third-Party Services

MercuryBot operates as a Discord bot, a Twitter bot, and a Bluesky bot and is hosted on Railway.app and uses a database on MongoDB Atlas.These platforms may collect data per their policies.

5. Your Rights

Since no personal data is stored, users do not need to request data removal. If you have any concerns, join our Discord Support Server.

6. Changes to This Policy

This Privacy Policy may be updated periodically. Continued use of MercuryBot after changes means you accept the revised policy.
